Meet the Staff

Dave is the Property Manager at Forest Park and he has been with us for 11 years. He really enjoys getting to know our residents and takes pride in providing a “Great” environment for our Residents. One of his goals is to be able to recognize all of our residents by name. Be sure and stop by to say Hello after you move in, so that he can get to know you, too.

Jory is a Leasing Specialist and started working at Forest Park in 2001. She prides herself, along with all of her co-workers in having strong customer service skills. She enjoys working with new residents as well as our long time residents, whom she likes to call friends. She would like to invite all of you to stop by our property for a personal tour. Hope to see you soon.

Rebecca is our newest leasing specialist. She has now been with Forest Park Apartments for just over a year. Rebecca has a bright smile and is always willing to lend a helping hand. Rebecca is able to handle many resident needs and is also very friendly. Stop by the office with any questions or just for some great conversation.

Terry is one of our Maintenance staff and he has been working here since 1991. He takes great pride in his work and the knowledge he has gained over the years really shows. His responsibilities include making apartments ready after residents move out and also fixing problems if and when they occur

Shane is another member of our Maintenance staff and has been with us since 1997. He also has the duties of getting apartments ready to re-rent and general repairs, if a resident calls in a work order. He works hard, so you don’t have to worry about your home.

Patrick is another member of our Maintenance staff and has been with us since 2006. His duties include preparing apartments and completing work orders. He makes sure your maintenance issues are done right the first time and in a timely manner.

Rosalina is a member of our Housekeeping staff. She began working at Forest Park in 2003. She really takes great pride in deep cleaning every apartment so that it is fresh and new for you when you come to make it your new home.

Enriqueta is the other member of our Housekeeping Team. She has been here since 2004 and does a great job. She has the abilities and talents to make each and apartment clean and bright for your big move in day celebration.

Ryan is the newest Employee here at Forest Park. He joined our Grounds crew this year and has been doing a great job. He enjoys being outside and doing the work that is important in keeping our property looking lush and green. He seems to have a “green thumb” and keeps busy all day mowing and sprucing up our many grassy areas. Be sure and give him a wave when you see him around the property.
