The Staff is nice and caring. It is a quiet and safe environment. Located next to the nature center which is a great place to go hiking. The emergency maintance is wonderful. I have to say have locked my self out and maintance was quick in reacting and help me out. Glad my dogs are able to stay there as well. As long as everyone cleans up after their own dogs it is avery clean place to live. Overall is a good place to live.

I've only been at Forest Park Apartments for a mont, but so far it has been a very positive experience. The pricing is fair, they offer convenient online rent payment, the residents are respectful, and the on-site staff is always willing to help. I work at Caterpillar and usually have to drive to East Peoria, but sometimes I am needed at the Mossville Tech Center. Forest Park is a great location between these two points and the commute is less than 15 minutes each way and runs right along the Illinois River. The nature preserve features a lot of great hiking opportunities and is very beautiful. There is a trailhead that starts from the apartment complex.

I'd tell them that it's a pretty decent place to live. Not a great option for large families, but single moms/dads or small families would be in the perfect place. Even better...there's hardly EVER any police/ambulance traffic. Very nice and quiet atmosphere and fellow residents are never a problem. The management/staff is awesome, and maintenance issues are always solved right away.

It is a good place to rent from. The people are nice and friendly.

It's decent. We would like to have central air, but at the price we pay, we're not complaining.

It's quiet and affordable, and the staff is great.

Living at Forest Park is great. It's close to shopping and dining, yet far enough away to be quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the neighbors are friendly as well. I love living at Forest Park.

I would recomend Forest Park to anyone who is looking for affordable, clean and safe living. The office staff and maintence staff are great, couldn't ask for any better! The location is great, in 5 to 10 minutes you can get to grocery stores and Walmart, it's close to downtown too! The property is very well lit at night and I have never doubted my safety. The laundry rooms are clean and I have never had to wait for the machines. Parking is plentiful and the lot is keep clean, if you have pets there are dog walking areas provided with "pet waste" baggies, and everyone is good about using them! As far as noise, of course these are apartments, not a house so you can sometimes hear your neighbors music or people walking upstairs, but it's not loud and doesn't bother me. I love it here and plan to stay a long time! Another plus is the only utility you have to pay for is electric, and it is extremely low cost, I hardly ever turn my heat on.

quiet, only problem is laundry facility. the machines r tiny and hold only like 2-3 pairs of jeans worth and water is hard so u have to b careful washing white because some spots have gotten on my clothes.
